The cloves are various sizes from medium to extra-large (20 to 30 cloves per pound).
Our Elephant Garlic is USDA Organic, Certified by CCOF.
Grown on Our farm in Southern California (Zone 10).
This elephant garlic was harvested in May 2023 and is in the process of curing.
It can be eaten immediately or stored for a year.
Fresh garlic is best stored in dry, dark places, and the ideal temperature to store is about 60–65°F (15–18°C) in mild humidity.
Store in your home with plenty of air flow, but away from blowing air like fans or air conditioning.
DO NOT store sealed in plastic.

This Garlic can be planted in the fall and harvested the following summer.
They grow best in Hardiness Zones 3-9, this garlic is cold-hardy.
When cooking elephant garlic, be aware that it has a bitter taste if it is overcooked...
